As well as the standard models, Wipro has many tipping gears and cylinders designed for specific tasks.
Researched, safe and reliable
Single and double side tippers are also available for peat and chip transporters. Side-tipping cylinders, capable of lifting up to 100 tonnes, have been manufactured for mining use. Support legs that are able to bear 9-tonne loads, fully equipped with locking valves are available to improve tipping safety.
Tailor-made for specific situations
The same high-level quality control as Wipro’s standard models has been observed when manufacturing these special models. Cylinders are reliable and durable. All ram tubes are hard chrome-plated. Tube internal over-lap depends on the side loads. The many special circumstances that tippers are designed for are taken into account when the seals are made. Maximum operating pressure is up to 250 bar depending on the model.
