Filters

Dependant on your application and specification, Wipro tipping gears can be equipped with either a pressure, return filters or indeed both. Return filters fit directly into Wipro’s tanks and pressure filters are installed between the hydraulic hoses.

Oil tanks

There are many different sizes of oil tanks that can be installed to the side of the chassis or between the cab and the body. The stated oil volume is the net volume, which will be taken up by the cylinder stroke.

Rear hinges

Wipro has a selection of hinges for end tipping and for 3-side dumping. These have been designed to bear the maximum loads allowed on highways.

Wipro’s valves are specifically designed for tipping use. Highest practical working pressure, ease of maintenance and checking and above all, safety, have been taken into consideration.
