Valves with controls
Wipro’s valves are specifically designed for tipping use. Highest practical working pressure, ease of maintenance and checking and above all, safety, have been taken into consideration.

Suitable for all body control

Tipper valves are available as 1-4 section valves. Multi-section valves can be used to control other actions such as opening the tail-gate.

Patented Wipro reliability

In all models, tipping angle can be controlled with a separate, mechanical, electronic or pneumatic device, which can be adjusted to automatically stop tipping at the desired angle.. There is a different hydraulic stop valve for trailers, the HR-model. All Wipro’s original valves are designed so that the tipper can only be lowered from the driver’s cab where, for safety reasons, the control panel should always be placed. For added safety, the valves have a main pressure relief valve as well as a shock valve in the tipper’s block. This will prevent any shock pressure forming as a result of sudden stops or any other external factor when lowering the body, thus avoiding damage to the seals or cylinders. Tipper valves are controlled either pneumatically or electronically. With the pneumatic control, the lowering speed of the tipper can be adjusted gradually so that cylinder movement is smooth.

Safety

The bodybuilders who want to build safe tipper vehicles have chosen Wipro valves for their hydraulic control system.
